Lost Terrior/Pitbull puppy in Land O Lakes, off of SR 54 by veterans expressway (suncoast)

-Could you please help us find out Terrior/Pitbull. He is  years old and is Black with a White chest and white paws, also a white line above his nose. He has a Black Harly Davidson collar with little spikes. He jumped out of the window on State Road 54 in Land O' Lakes by the Veterans Expressway (SUNCOAST) people stopped to try to catch him because he looked scared but he kept running around until finally picked up by a blue car that continued heading straight on SR 54 toward New Port Richey. Please help me find my puppy!
