The key is to think about what you are going to eat BEFORE you eat it. The problem is most people say, “I ate it and felt horrible; I wish I wouldn’t have eaten that.” You need to start thinking about it BEFORE you eat. I used to be a ‘junk-food-junkie’ from burgers, fries, pizza, sugary foods – anything greasy and sugary - I wanted it. Now I enjoy eating healthy. It’s such a HUGE difference. Most people do say the more they eat vegetables, they even start to crave vegetables instead of the unhealthy stuff. Now, that is what we want!
