Easy Tips for Working More Water into Your Day
Are you getting enough water? Here are some ideas that can help you do so.

Ideally, you want to drink about half your body weight in ounces of water per day but no less than 64 ounces. Here are some tips to drink more water:
1) Start drinking water early in the day.
2) Track how much you drink either on a piece of paper or know how many cups you have had.
3) Get a 64 ounce container and fill it daily so you can fill your glass from there. That way you will know for sure if you are getting it all in.
4) Don’t think about drinking water for flavor; drink it because it is needed to live. The human body can’t make it more than a week without water or it can shut down and die!
I also encourage you to get a PCB-free water bottle if you use water bottles a lot. One of the dangers in Florida is putting water in a water bottle, leaving it in your car, then drinking it (when it’s cooled off, of course!). The chemicals from the plastic leach into the water and have been shown to be cancerous. Get a PCB-free water container or a steel one.
