The way you choose to be healthy is by the daily choices you make.

The way you choose to be healthy is by the daily choices you make. It’s not something that just falls in your lap - choosing health is a choice you need to make every day, before every meal. 

Encourage yourself when you make healthy choices and don’t beat yourself up if you don’t. Figure out what you learned from it and move on. Every meal is a chance to start over!
