Local business Revolutionary Martial Arts and Fitness would like to give back to the community by offering free classes every Tuesday and Thursday at our Land O' Lakes location.
Revolutionary Martial Arts and Fitness would like to give back to the community by offering free classes every Tuesday and Thursday at our Land O' Lakes location.
Want to get in shape? Look great in that bikini? Come to our Boot Camp Fitness Class from 5:30-6:30pm. Been bullied, abused or victimized in any way? Come to our Basic Self Defense Class from 6:30-7:30pm. Looking for something more intense? Isreali Krav Maga and Jujitsu class is also from 6:30-7:30pm, followed by open mat from 7:30-8:30pm. Classes are free to all members of the community on Tuesday and Thursday.
