Surprisingly Good Quality Food, Service From a Local Franchise Restaurant

We Found A Needle In The Haystack Of Limited Restaurant Choices In The Area!

Ok, let's get this out of the way, I'm a picky eater. A pain in the butt for the wife, but then again, she's no "walk in the park" either.

So, I realize this fact and seek out food and restaurants that will sustain as well as offer a unique experience. (Both difficult to find in Tampa Bay unfortunately) but there are exceptions to that rule and here's one that's relatively close.

The OUTBACK restaurant in Trinity on route 54. The Trinity store run by restaurateur Mathew Wade.

This place is great. Service staff are top shelf, attentive and friendly people who have to hustle in this very busy atmosphere. Mr Wade has this place fine tuned and working optimally. To an old sticker for details, I appreciate that a lot.

Here's what I like about this one particular shop. Let me know if you agree!

The new daily schedule now has Lunch 7 days a week at very modest prices, and great selections, with just a bit smaller portions for the daily lunch crowd.

Nice, nice.

The House Well drinks, and a fine happy hour, make this an excellent early choice for locals looking for that sort of thing, (like us Older Folks)  ;>) .

This is a stroke of genius for this area. Imagine good food for lunch/supper in a fairly upscale setting.

Who would have thunk it, huh?

Hats off this time to Mathew Wade for listening to input from his own patrons & staff, working within OUTBACK corporate advertisement constraints, and also for navigating through our economy's roll-a-coaster gyrations, by staying open to bring us a meal experience that works well for Seniors specifically. That's smart business.

Thanks again Mr. Wade, and keep on cooking, son!
