What is a State Committeeman?

The Committeeman is your voice in Tallahassee. He travels back and forth from the Capital to the "home" county, sharing information and feedback between Pasco County Republicans and the State Party. Given what the position requires, the Committeeman should be a student of:

Politics, Finance, Federal and State Regulations & Laws. They should be able to "take in" large amounts of technical material very quickly. 

Why? Because they're going to need to transmit the information to the folks at home. 

It's a good idea to have an individual that learns quickly.
A person that has demonstrated they will fight for your rights.
Someone that is be able to explain clearly. 
This lets everyone make informed decisions.
The Committeeman delivers those opinions to the State Party. 

There is a better choice for Pasco County's Republican State Committeeman:

Steve Simon, former two term County Commissioner, past Chairman of the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council would be perfect!

Steve Spent 28 years teaching real estate license law, certified general appraising, mortgage brokerage, and investment analysis to thousands of adult students.

He would do a fine job. He's a family man. A Republican for over ten years (he joined the Party as a sitting County Commissioner, because the Democratic Party was mutating into the radical group we face today).

Smart with a dollar; solid values.

He's just a better choice than Bill Bunting. He brings more skills to the table.
