Celebrate Earth Day a few days late at Crews Lake Park, 16739 Crews Lake Drive, April 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The all-day event features a lady bug release, croc encounters, children’s crafts and educational displays, a rain barrel and composting workshop, trains and more. Mercury containing devices will also be collected. Residents can also drop off two old televisions for free and the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office will be on hand to accept expired medications for disposal.
