Kent Taylor Suspended from Tonight’s Game
The tight end reportedly threw a punch in the closing minutes of last week's game against the Seahawks.
Land O’ Lakes High senior tight end Kent Taylor won’t play in tonight’s homecoming game against Central.
According to TampaBay.com, Taylor was suspended from the game for a personal foul in the final minutes of last week’s game against Sunlake. The Florida High School Athletic Association has given him a one-game, Level 1 suspension as a result.
Taylor has been in the spotlight a lot in recent weeks. The senior r to attend the University of Florida. “Once a Gator … always a Gator,” Taylor said during a press conference yesterday.

The Gators (4-3, 3-2) are in a district match tonight and need to earn a win gain better positioning in Class 6A District 6 competition. Right now, the Gators are in fifth place in the district.
