Library Corner: Sept. 27-Oct. 1

Here's a look at the schedule of events at the Land O' Lakes Branch Library, 2818 Collier Pky., for the week of Sept. 27 through Oct. 1:

• Tuesday, Sept. 27 – The Teen Advisory Board meets tonight at 6 p.m. This group is designed to enable teens to get community service hours while also providing them with a say in library activities and special events.
• Wednesday, Sept. 28 – The Acrylics with Laurie class meets at 10 a.m.
• Thursday, Sept. 29 – Baby storytime takes place at 11:30 a.m. and again at 2:30 p.m.
• Friday, Sept. 30 - Toddler storytime is set for 10:15 and 10:45 a.m. The preschool storytime runs at 11:30 a.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 1 – Popcorn and a Movie is set for 2 p.m.
