Lightning Wins Equal Free McDonald's For Fans
To cash in on the prize, Tampa Bay Lightning fans need to have the McDonald's app on their mobile devices.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay Lightning fans can celebrate every Bolts’ Stanley Cup Playoff win with a free meal courtesy of McDonald’s.
A total of 202 locations in 13 counties across Tampa Bay are participating in the promotion that’s available exclusively via the McDonald’s app. Every time the Bolts score a win in the playoffs, local McDonald’s restaurants will serve up a free medium Extra Value Meal to fans.
“Each day after a Lightning win during the playoffs, Tampa Bay can go to a local McDonald’s and use the offer that will appear in their McDonald’s app to get a free lunch or dinner,” explained spokeswoman Jessica Fox. “No purchase is necessary.”

The Bolts are up three games to one in the first round of the playoffs against the Detroit Red Wings. The teams meet up again this Thursday, April 21 at 7 p.m. at Tampa’s Amalie Arena.
