Man Accused of 'Groping' Young Girl
The Holiday man faces charges after deputies say he inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl.
A 46-year-old Holiday man faces lewd and lascivious molestation charges after Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies say he groped a young girl.
Deputies say William Jay Capp was brought into custody Wednesday after information about the alleged attack on the 13-year-old surfaced. The girl was visiting Capp’s home when the incident occurred, deputies noted.
Capp was booked into the Land O’ Lakes Jail, but was later released in lieu of $20,000 bond.
