ODESSA, FL -- A 27-year-old Port Richey man has been arrested for disorderly intoxication after becoming belligerent with a cashier because his Philly cheesesteak came on a sesame seed bun.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, on Sunday, Jan. 6, Joseph Lagana ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich from a food booth at the Gunn Highway Flea Market, 2317 Gunn Highway, Odessa. When he saw that his sandwich was made with a sesame seed bun, he reportedly began yelling at the cashier and then got into a physical fight with a man who came to the cashier's defense.

Deputies said Lagana appeared to be highly intoxicated. His speech was slurred and he was having problems with his motor skills.
