Man Shot in Wesley Chapel

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Thanksgiving afternoon shooting in Wesley Chapel.

Deputies say a 37-year-old man was shot while standing outside of his trailer around 2:30 p.m. in the 7800 block of Blair Drive. Someone, an email from the agency said, drove by the home and shot the man in the abdomen. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No further details, including the man’s name, have been released.
