March Against Monsanto Tampa 2015

Come out on May 23, 2015 and join us in an historic worldwide “March Against Monsanto,” where hundreds of local citizens will be marching, carrying posters and standing in solidarity with over 52 countries making their voices heard. We march for our fundamental right to know what’s in our food, to peacefully demand that our representatives in office reflect the voice of the people, and to bring awareness to the dangers of consuming genetically modified foods.

The event starts at 10 AM with speakers and family-friendly activities prior to the march. The march will take place at 11 AM.

Bring your signs, instruments and noisemakers, dress up as bees (www.beeagainstmonsanto.com), don’t forget water even though there will be water provided at the park, snacks, blankets, sunscreen, strollers/wagons, sunglasses, comfortable shoes, etc.

Please spread the word about the event and help out where you can. Remember: “No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.”
