Robert Kayrom Starling was reported missing on Friday. The teen stands about 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs an estimated 102 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Robert was last seen in the area of the 180 11th St. S.W. in Largo. Robert was last seen wearing a green shirt with a Lego emblem. He also had on blue jeans.
