Naughtiest, Nicest Kid Names Revealed

While Santa’s naughty and nice lists are top secret, a new survey takes a stab at predicting what names made the cut.

The 2014 draft survey results compiled by SchoolStickers.com are out with some interesting insights on what names might appear on the legendary lists. It seems the company that provides online rewards for some 10,000 schools keeps track of children’s names to determine the names of the best behaved children and those who “need to try a little harder to be good on the run up to Christmas,” the website stated.

The survey covers the top nice and top naughty names for both boys and girls.

Tops in Being Nice

According to the survey results, the top five boy and girl names in the nice category are:

• Boys – Jacob, Daniel, Thomas, James and Adam
• Girls – Amy, Georgia, Emma, Charlotte and Grace

The Naughty List

On the naughty list are:

• Boys – Joseph, Cameron, William, Jake and Joshua
• Girls – Ella, Bethany, Eleanor, Olivia and Laura

MyStickers.com was created seven years ago and has provided more than 1 million online sticker rewards for school children in the last year, its website states. It’s those 1 million rewards that were used to compile the naughty and nice lists for 2014.

The results, however, are preliminary. As the folks behind SchoolStickers.com note, “there’s still time for the ‘naughty’ children to earn some extra rewards.”
