Pasco Sheriff Seeks Man Who Tried To Lure Girl Into Car
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who tried to lure an Academy of The Lakes student into his car on Monday.

LAND O' LAKES, FL -- The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who tried to lure an Academy of The Lakes student into his car on Monday.
According to the sheriff's office, the girl was approached by a man in the parking lot of the academy on Collier Parkway just after 10 a.m. June 17. The girl said the man waved her over and said, "Come over here; get in the car."
Instead, the girl said she had someplace to go and hurried to the academy office where she reported the incident.

The man is described as a heavy-set black man with dreadlocks wearing a black T-shirt and driving a gray 2014 Toyota Corolla, which was caught on surveillance cameras. None of the staff at the academy recognized the car.
