Sheriff Seeks Information On Wesley Chapel Nissan Burglar

Pasco deputies are searching for the person responsible for breaking into and damaging a truck at the Wesley Chapel Nissan dealership.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL – The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is searching for the person responsible for breaking into and damaging a truck at the Wesley Chapel Nissan dealership, 28519 State Road 54, Wesley Chapel.

According to sheriff’s reports, a burglar broke the window of a 2018 Nissan Versa and moved it forward to get access to the driver’s side of a 2018 Nissan Titan SV 4x4 pickup truck.

The burglar then removed the driver’s side front fender, a front trim piece and two pieces of trim from the top of the bed and tailgate. The sheriff’s office said the truck has about $5,000 worth of damage.

A surveillance video shows a man approaching the main building of the dealership around 10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8. He fled the scene when he was confronted by a custodian.
