Two Movers Arrested for Stealing Jewelry: Report
A company executive says they're working with authorities and the customer.

ODESSA, FL β A pair of moving company employees has been arrested for stealing about $75,000 in jewelry from a customer, and the company has received two similar complaints in the past, according to a media report.
Herbert Moore, 25, and Duquesne Broadway, 38, attempted to pawn the jewelry in Tampa, but they were apprehended by police, WFST-TV reported. The two were employed by the Tampa franchise of Two Men and a Truck.
In a statement, the franchise's vice president said the company is working with the customer and the authorities on the matter. He also said the company performs 10,000 moves per year without a problem.

But the Two Men and a Truck franchise has received theft complaints from two other customers in recent years, the TV station reported.
Still, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services says that Two Men and a Truck franchises in the state "have been relatively reliable compared to other moving companies," the TV station reported. The company has about 350 locations in 40 states.
