U.S. 41 Lane Closing Planned Starting Today
Land O' Lakes motorists might run into delays in their daily commutes this week.
Drivers trying to make their way south on U.S. 41 might be in for a slowdown this week as the Florida Department of Transportation closes down two lanes for railroad repairs.
According to Kristen Carson, FDOT spokeswoman, the two left-hand lanes of southbound U.S. 41 between Debuel Road and Sunset Lane will close down starting today, Oct. 13, at 8:30 a.m. They will remain closed until Saturday morning.
While one lane will remain open to traffic at all times, drivers should plan for delays, especially during rush hour.
