Wesley Chapel Motorcyclist Dies After Crash
The 62-year-old woman crashed on Pasco Road near Marion Lane.
WESLEY CHAPEL, FL — A 62-year-old woman critically injured in a motorcycle crash in early April has died from her injuries. The Florida Highway Patrol reported that Paula D. Stonehocker died Tuesday, April 12.
According to the highway patrol, the accident happened around 1:22 p.m. April 3 as Stonehocker was traveling east on Pasco Road on a motorcycle. Just east of Marion Lane, Stonehocker failed to negotiate a curve, left the road, struck a fence and then a tree, a highway patrol report said.
Stonehocker was ejected from the bike, troopers reported. She was taken to Bayonet Point Hospital following the crash.
