Wesley Chapel Teen Killed in Hernando Crash
The accident, involving two other injuries, happened Wednesday evening.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL β A 15-year-old Wesley Chapel boy is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Hernando County Wednesday evening.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ryan Scott Miller, 18, of Wesley Chapel was heading north on Culbreath Road just after 6 p.m. As Miller approached the intersection with Powell Road, another vehicle was nearing it from Powell Road. Troopers say Miller failed to stop at the sign and drove into the path of the second vehicle, a Dodge Ram driven by Christopher Russell, 25, of Spring Hill.
The right side of Millerβs Chevrolet Aveo struck the front end of the Dodge.

Miller and one of his passengers, Michael Miller, 17, both suffered minor injuries and were taken to Bayonet Point Hospital for treatment. A second passenger in Millerβs car, Jaret Michael Harshman, 15, suffered critical injuries and was airlifted to Bayonet Point where he later died.
Russell was not injured in the crash, a highway patrol report stated.

Troopers say the wreck is still under investigation with charges pending.
