“Our No. 1 concern is the member and that they are achieving their goals,” says Miranda Jordan, a member of the front desk staff at YouFit. “Most members are first-time gym users, and we provide a non-intimidating environment with easy-to-use equipment.”

One of the special features offered is “Express Circuit Training,” which provides a full workout in 30 minutes. In addition, personal trainers are available upon request, and members can opt for one-on-one personal training or group personal training.
The club provides full showers and locker room areas for its members, and all cardio machines have 15-inch touch flat screen televisions.
“YouFit is a Go Green facility priding itself in being environmentally conscious in that our floors are made of recycled materials,” says Hadar Bekhor, general manager for the new Land O' Lakes location. “YouFit is a great company to work for. They go out of their way to make employees happy and to provide a fun work environment for the staff and customers as well.”
The first 500 customers can enjoy a special that offers $1 down and $10 per month for unlimited use and no commitment. They are able to cancel their membership at anytime. There is a 12-month membership with $1 down and $19.99 per month that offers access to all YouFit locations and unlimited guest privileges at all locations including half price cooler drinks. There is a $30 yearly maintenance fee that is charged to customers.
Members must be at least 16 years of age and YouFit will be open Monday through Thursday from 5 a.m. to midnight; Fridays from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
