Zephyrhills Man Killed When Car Hydroplanes
A 58-year-old Zephyrhills man was killed Thursday afternoon, May 31, when his car hydroplaned on the wet road.
DADE CITY, FL -- A 58-year-old Zephyrhills man was killed Thursday afternoon, May 31, when his car hydroplaned on the wet road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Cory Nettnin was driving his Ford Focus on Fort King Road near Bozeman Road when his car hydroplaned in some standing water at the bottom of a hill, causing the car to spin around and strike a utility pole.
Nettnin was pronounced dead at the scene.
