Zephyrhills Mom Accused Of Hitting Husband Who Forgot Anniversary

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL -- It’s a lesson one Zephyrhills husband learned the hard way: Never forget your wedding anniversary.

Carol Lynn Stone, 35, of 34422 Windknob Court, Zephyrhills, has been arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after reportedly beating up her husband, Ronnie William Alexander, 41.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday afternoon, March 22, the couple, whose son was born Dec. 18, began arguing because Alexander had forgotten their wedding anniversary.

The verbal fight turned physical when Stone reportedly smacked her husband in the face and head, causing red marks on his face and minor scratches on his neck and chest.

Stone then reportedly pushed Alexander to the ground. Alexander recorded his wife’s attack on his cell phone.

Stone was arrested and taken to the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center.
