10 Child Pornography Counts Lead To Arrest Of Largo Man
A 51-year-old Largo man has been arrested after being accused of possessing and transmitting images of child pornography.

LARGO, FL — A 51-year-old Largo man has been arrested after being accused of possessing and transmitting images of child pornography.
Largo police have charged Steven James Tincher of Lauren Drive with four counts of possession of child pornography and six counts of transmission of child pornography.
Largo police began investigating Tincher after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Endangered Children in December indicating that Tincher has used multiple social media accounts to receive and upload child pornography.

Police conducted a search of his home Thursday and interviewed Tincher who admitted to using multiple internet accounts during the past two to three years to receive child pornography, some children between the ages of 5 and 6.
Police said Tincher also admitted to sharing these images with other users on the social media platform he was using.

Forensic specialists are still reviewing his electronic equipment, and more charges may be brought against Tincher.
He was released from the Pinellas County Jail Saturday on $70,000 bail.
