Very Disappointed Too: My wife just returned from this Fantastic Sam's. She wanted to get her hair flat ironed before we left for a trip. However the salon didn't have a flat iron. Incredible! So she paid for a wash and a fairly sorry blow dry and had to come home and flat iron it herself. The whole point of going to a salon was to get a better quality flattening, not to have to come home and do it herself. This particular Fantastic Sam's apparently isn't prepared for customers, since a flat iron is a fairly common staple in salons these days.
