The Pinellas County Board of Adjustment has one alternate member position open.
The Board of Adjustment reviews variance requests for issues such as setback reductions, lot area reductions and parking requirement reductions as well as requests for special exceptions. Members are appointed by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners whose individual member terms run concurrently with the term of the appointing commissioner.

Members are required to be registered voters of Pinellas County. Interested citizens are required to send a résumé to the Board of Commissioners no later than the close of business on Monday, April 1. The commission will make their selections at the Tuesday, April 9, Board of County Commissioners meeting.
