In today's, or day's, economy, it is a major accomplishment to make it in business 10 years. The first week of Feburary, Courteous Car Care, 1255 Starkey rd building 2 in Largo, celebrated that major milestone. My name is Mick Cipolla, owner of Courteous Car Care. I know that to make it in business I have a lot of people to thank. I would like to thank everyone who has worked with me and those who still do. I would like to thank my mentor, Jon Ludwig, of Precision Automotive, in Endicott, NY. If it weren't for his mastering of infinite patience, I wouldn't have learned all I know about people, satisfying beyong expectations and taking care of issues before they become problems. I want to thank Loren Murfield, my business coach. He has been able to keep me "between the ditches" for almost 8 years. Loren's help has been priceless. I believe the relationships we have forged with our customers is the real reason we have succeed. You could go anywhere to have your vehicle repaired, but you came to me. You could call anyone, but you called me. Everyone that walks through my door is appreciated and respected. This culture we believe and live everyday.
