Bank Robber on the Loose in Largo Area

Largo Police officers are looking for some help identifying a man they say robbed a Wells Fargo Bank around 11 a.m. Monday.

Lt. Paul Amodeo said a man walked into the 1180 Jasper St. bank, walked up to a teller and demanded money. The man, who was wearing dark glasses and a hat, then left without further incident.

While police weren’t able to get a good description of the man, they have released a surveillance photo. Anyone with information about his identity is asked to call Det. Arlington at 727-587-6730.
