A bicyclist sustained life-threatening injuries after being struck by an SUV at the Pinellas County Trail and 8th Avenue Southwest.
LARGO, FL — A bicyclist sustained life-threatening injuries after being struck by an SUV at the intersection of the Pinellas County Trail and 8th Avenue Southwest Saturday.
Largo police were called to the crash scene at 12:11 p.m.
Police said the bicyclist didn't stop for eastbound traffic before entering the intersection. A Toyota Highlander struck the bicyclist crossing the road.

The driver of the Toyota was no injured. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
