Blotter: Oct 13-20

The following people were arrested for felonies from Oct. 13-20. The reports are based on records collected from the Largo Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Thursday, October 13:

David Keith Teal, 18, of Clearwater was charged with fleeing & eluding a police officer, driving while license suspended or revoked, and resisting an officer without violence.  Teal was released on bond on October 16 at 6:29 p.m.

Jennifer R. Brunetti, 38, of Largo was charged with violation of probation, possession of alprazolam, possession of oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest without violence. Brunetti's bond is $4,300. She is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Melissa Ann Trout, 25, of Clearwater, was charged with theft. Trout was released on bond on October 14 at 3:20 p.m.

Melissa Kathleeen Mitchell, 23, of Largo, was charged with neglect of a child, grand theft and possession of a controlled substance (xanax). Mitchell's bond is $7,000.00. Mitchell is being held at Pinellas County Jail.

Friday, October 14:

Jon Joseph Egnasher, 46, of Largo was charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Egnasher was released on bond on October 15 at 4:04 p.m.

James Patrick Frey, 20, of Clearwater, was charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, grand theft, resisting arrest without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. Frey's bond is $10,150. He is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Debra Menasian Peaden, 53, of Largo, was charged with four counts of concealing information to obtain a prescription. Peaden was released on her own recognizance on October 15 at 2:46 p.m.

Donald F. Click, 47, of Largo was charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer. Click was released on his own recognizance on October 18 at 11:01 p.m.

Dario Marquez, 38, of Largo was charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment. Marquez' bond is set at $12,500. He is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Nick Todoroff, 56, of Largo was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault and felony battery. Todoroff's bond is $12,500. He is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Saturday, October 15:

David Lee Weiss, 27, of Largo was charged with aggravated battery on a person over 65 years of age. His bond is $65,000. Weiss is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Christopher Dale Williams, 28, of Largo was charged with failure to appear on a felony battery charge. Williams was released to another county on October 18 at 7:30 a.m.

Devin Deonte Oliver, 20, of Largo was charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant female. Oliver was released on bond on October 16 at 2:01 p.m.

Sunday, October 16:

Amanda Nickole Lord, 24, of Largo was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and driving while license suspended or revoked. Lord was released on her own recognizance on October 17 at 8:27 p.m.

Jessica Nicole Alvarez, 26, of Largo was charged with grand theft and dealing in stolen property. Alvarez was released on bond on October 17 at 9:39 p.m.

Monday, October 17:

Tara Miller, 32, of Largo was charged with possession of methadone and possession of alprazolam. Miller was released on bond on October 18 at 8:24 a.m.

Frederick Clarence Stevens, 26, of Seminole was charged with false verification of ownership and grand theft. Stevens was released on his own recognizance on October 18 at 8:57 p.m.

Amanda K. Easterwood, 25, of St. Petersburg was charged with retail theft. Easterwood was released on bond on October 17 at 7:44 p.m.

John Campbell Campbell, 41, of Largo was charged with felony domestic battery. Campbell was released on bond on October 17 at 9:26 p.m.

Tuesday, October 18:

Melinda Jane Beougher, 38, of Clearwater was charged with possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and DUI call of court. Beougher was released on her own recognizance on October 19 at 1:00 p.m.

Jamie Louise Bredon, 25, of Clearwater was charged with grand theft over $300.00 but under $5,000.00. Bredon was released on bond on October 20 at 2:52 p.m.

Clarence Harrell, 32, of Valdosta, Georgia was arrested on a fugitive warrant from Colquitt County, Georgia for violation of probation on a forgery charge. Harrell is being held without bond in Pinellas County Jail.

Brett Kenneth Wayne Myers, 27, of Largo was charged with petit theft with two felony priors. Myers was released on bond on October 19 at 7:54 p.m.

Francisco Belico Vicente, 38, of Clearwater was charged with having no valid drivers license. Vicente was released to immigration and customs enforcement on October 20 at 8:52 a.m.

Wednesday, October 19:

Grant Charles Denton, 30, of Largo was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Denton was released on bond on October 20 at 9:26 a.m.

Graciano Modesto Yanez, 22, of Largo was charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure. Yanez' bond is $5,000.00. Yanez is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Steven Michael Zoltek, 29, of Tampa was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence and disorderly intoxication. Zoltek's bond is $10, 100.00. Zoltek is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Thursday, October 20:

Thomas Garrett Pauley, 53, of Largo was charged with two counts of possession of morphine sulfate and two counts of sale of morphine sulfate. Pauley's bond is $24,000.00. Pauley is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Tiffany Jill Ranck, 31, of Clearwater was charged with theft of property of an employee, posession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Ranck's bond is $11,000.00. Ranck is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.

Angelo Milton Upshur, 52, of Clearwater was charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Upshur's bond is $16,000.00. Upshur is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail.
