The 90-minute walking tour covers documented true crime, local legends, and reported paranormal activity at historic downtown landmarks. Guests hear real stories connected to a hanging tree, a devastating fire, a murder tied to a possible brothel, a daring bank robbery, and the city's funeral home past. The tour includes exclusive entry into the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa lobby and History Hall, a ghost hunting sampler at the Elf Tree using dowsing rods, a spirit box, cat balls, and the flashlight experiment, and Cynthia's personal restaurant recommendations for Safety Harbor. You have to show up to find out which ones make the list.
Since 2021 Silent Slayer has documented consistent unexplained activity at a specific location on this route before, during, and after every tour. The phenomenon has been observed on evenings when Cynthia is not even in Safety Harbor. A psychic medium who has investigated it believes it is not a coincidence.
