Show appreciation to the men and women who serve our military and celebrate the Fourth of July holiday by making a donation to a Sweetbay Supermarket’s annual Call Out for Coffee drive.
Coffee is one of the most requested items for military personnel. From July 1 through July 7 shoppers are encouraged to stop by any local Sweetbay Supermarket and buy a bag, brick or container of coffee to donate to our troops. Sweetbay will donate the coffee to Support The Troops, Inc. a non-profit organization that sends care packages from the Tampa Bay area to military in the most remote areas. Sweetbay and Support The Troops, Inc. will make sure the donated coffee is delivered to active duty military troops in more than 17 countries around the world, including Iraq and Afghanistan.
This is the fifth year for Call Out for Coffee. In all, Sweetbay shoppers have donated nearly 20 tons of coffee to troops overseas.
