Change Your Life Challenge! Fitness, Nutrition & Personal Development

This challenge group combines a focus on a combination of fitness, nutrition, and changing the way you think and prioritize the daily goals and activities in your life. 

Requirements:

(1) Fitness: The Beachbody program of your choice - workout in the comfort of your own home.
(2) Nutrition: Follow your nutrition guide and drink Shakeology.
(3) Personal Development: Roughly 15 minutes per day - Chalene Johnson's PUSH program. 
(4) Daily check in with your free Coach.

By the time you finish this challenge group, you will significantly change how you feel and how you look at life. By aligning your goals and priorities, you will ensure that your future is one that will be in harmony with your true desires and values. Are you ready to really start living?
