I'm an avid bicyclist. While crossing on the white lines area on East Bay - under US 19 - Largo Police ticketed me $62.50 for crossing 3 seconds to early - while zero cars coming my way. OK. But, while I was being ticketed, I noticed cars running the redlights. Happens all the time. They (general public) try to kill us, bicyclists/pedestrians, on a daily basis. The only time I EVER saw an officer there, was for the purpose of ticketing pedestrians. See anything lopsided with this scenario? Signed, Criminal Bicyclist
