Detectives Seek Assistance to Identify Largo Suspect
Achieva Credit Union, located at 10125 Ulmerton Road, was robbed at about 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Detectives assigned to the robbery/homicide unit of the investigative operations bureau at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the main suspect of a Largo bank robbery that occurred on Tuesday at about 3 p.m. The bank that was robbed was Achieva Credit Union, located at 10125 Ulmerton Road.
The suspect is described as being a white male, between 40 and 50 years old, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighing between 170 and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing jeans, black sneakers with white trim, a royal blue short-sleeve polo shirt and a beige cap with a large brim and an unknown white insignia on it.
According to detectives, the suspect entered the bank, approached the teller, implied a weapon and demanded cash. The teller complied with the demand, and the suspect then fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
