Developing: Apartment Fire Forces Evacuation
Several apartments were damaged in the Monday morning blaze in Largo.
A two-alarm fire at the Oak Ridge apartments in Largo forced the evacuation of several units as firefighters worked to put out the blaze.
The fire at 13333 Ridge Road broke out sometime after 6 a.m., causing heavy damage to some units.
Details about the blaze are not readily available, but authorities say it is believed the fire started on the outside of the building, Bay News 9 reported.
