DNA Links Homeless Man to Largo Sexual Battery
Largo police arrested and charged Blake Anthony Mabry, 22, on Aug. 29 with sexual battery.
Investigators charged a homeless man with the March sexual battery of a Largo woman after DNA tests link him to victim, according to investigators.
Largo police arrested and charged Blake Anthony Mabry, 22, on Aug. 29 with sexual battery.
According to investigators on March 21, the victim was asleep in her home and awoke with half her clothes off. The victim saw Mabry leave her home, according to authorities.

She contacted police and a rape kit was performed. Mabry’s DNA matched samples taken from the rape victim, authorities said.
Mabry denied any sexual contact with the victim, according to an arrest affidavit.

He is currently being held in Pinellas County Jail. Bond is set at $10,000.
