I moved to this park in 2010, bought a mobile home and thought I would be set for a few years. My experience was horrific there. First, this is a share owned park ran by Shareholders. These shareholders make the rules as they go. They raised my lot rent from 465.00 to 515.00, kept my deposit once I sold my mobile home, and do whatever they damn well please with the threat of collection. When I lived there my car was broken into and property was stolen, the mobile across the street was broken into, heroine addicts surrounded me as I watched DCF come to remove children. It was a nightmare. I ended up taking a huge loss just to get to a safe place. Please do your research before moving here.
