Coed Badminton

Adults and seniors can have some fun and get some exercise with playing some badminton. The challenging and fun sport is light on the joints, it increases circulation and provides a excellent cardiovascular workout.

No classes on Jan. 1, 17, Feb. 21, Mar. 28, 30, Apr. 1, 9.

There are also Badminton classes on Saturday's from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
