"Move It 2 Lose It": A Week's Worth of Free Fitness Classes

To help residents with their resolutions to get fit in the new year, the city is offering free fitness classes each day -- from Medieval Martial Arts and Pickleball to Yoga, Line Dancing, Boot Camp, Pilates, Zumba and even Hula Hoop Dance Fitness.

The classes are held at six locations: the Southwest Recreation Complex, the Southwest Pool, the , the and .

As added fitness incentive, anyone who buys a January monthly fitness pass will receive February's half off.
