: Two opportunities to join naturalists Lara Miller, University of Florida Extension natural resources agent, and James Stevenson, Extension specialist, to learn about the fascinating plants, animals and ecosystems of the 9,000 acres of preserve in the heart of Pinellas County, the smallest, yet most densely-populated county in Florida. Brooker Creek Preserve is one of the last refuges for our native wildlife. A visit to the preserve is always rewarded with a sighting of something you might not see anywhere else in the county. 2 to 3:30 p.m. and 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Free; registration required.
