O'Shy's Irish Tap House hosts this chili cookoff, "Top Chef" style. Food trucks, restaurants, and residents were invited to enter. They'll compete in the "porch" portion (with crock-pot-style chili) for a prize of $150, or the "street" portion (for the restaurants and food trucks) for a prize of $400.
There are cash prizes for second and third place as well, plus a trophy.
