Free Elder Law/Estate Planning Seminar at Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living

A free Elder Law Seminar will be held on Thursday, January 28th at 3PM in the Community Room at Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living Facility. Magnolia Gardens is located at 3800 62nd Ave N in Pinellas Park. Attorney Nicolas Robinson will present a host of important topics for the elderly and their families, as well as those nearing senior age. The event is open to the public.

Attorney Nicolas (Nick) Robinson practices Elder Law with an emphasis on Guardianships, Estate Planning and Estate Administration/Probate. He represents family and professional guardians, family members, and wards in guardianship proceedings. Nick’s practice also includes Incapacity Planning and End of Life Issues. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, his prior experience includes criminal defense practice with the Office of the Public Defender for Pinellas County. He is a member of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Nick is also a member of the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Bar Associations, the Pinellas County Guardian Association and Better Living for Seniors. Nick was born and raised in DeLand, FL and lives in St. Petersburg with his wife.
