Free Landlord Workshop for Rental Property Owners

Pinellas County Housing Authority will host a free workshop to introduce
prospective landlords to the Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance
program on Thursday, September 10th, 2015 at 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Landlords are also needed to provide housing to veterans through our
HUD Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program.
HUD-VASH participants may rent anywhere within Pinellas County.

We are also seeking landlords who have handicap accessible rentals. Our areas of
operation for the program include all unincorporated areas of Pinellas County and the following cities: Largo, Oldsmar, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Gulfport, Kenneth City,
Belleair, Palm Harbor, Pinellas Park, Safety Harbor, and Seminole.
Properties in foreclosure are not eligible.
