Hitting The Streets: 19 Pinellas Sheriff's Deputies Sworn In
Nineteen new Pinellas County sheriff's deputies were sworn in by Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri.
PINELLAS COUNTY, FL — Nineteen new Pinellas County sheriff's deputies are hitting the streets after taking the oath of office and being sworn in by Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri.
At the Friday afternoon ceremony at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Administration Building in Largo, Gualtieri also recognized the promotions of 16 employees.
As part of the ceremony, family members pinned badges onto the newly sworn deputies and presented plaques to those receiving promotions.

Promoted to captain were George Brotchi and Jon Tobeck.
Promoted to lieutenant were Freddie Hayes, Maurice McCloud and Bronson Taylor.

Promoted to sergeant were Edie Darling, Christopher Deg, Walter Etheridge, Meagan Nestor, Stevie Thomas, Yvonne Trubey, Antuan Watkins and Hal White.
Promoted to supervisors were Jenna Ketterer, Laura Schmidt and Pamela Zelinsky.
