Largo Man Accused Of Possessing Child Pornography

LARGO, FL — A Largo man is facing 12 counts of possession of child pornography after being arrested Friday by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

After receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit began investigating Christian Alexander Kolf, 30, of Hillview Drive on July 18.

On Friday, detectives brought Kolf into the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office in Largo for an interview in which he admitted to downloading the child pornography discovered during the investigation. Kolf was arrested for 12 counts of possession of child pornography and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

Bail has been set at $100,000 on each count.
