On Feb. 22, the Largo Police arrested Abdulla Ndregjoni and charged him with aggravated stalking of a child under 16 years old and lewd and lascivious molestation.
The victim told police on Feb. 21 that Ndregioni, whom she did not know, repeatedly followed and harassed her over the course of several weeks. Detectives interviewed the victim the following day and she provided detectives with a video she had taken of Ndregioni walking away from her.
